Small Makeup and Skincare Haul!
Hey loves! I went on a little spending spree a couple of days ago and decided to spoil myself with a couple products I've been eyeing for ages and thought I would write a short post on what I got. You may have seen a couple of them in my 2018 Wishlist. Most of the products mentioned below are going to replace nearly empty products that I am about to finish. I've also been wanting to try all of these products for ages - they are all new to me so I have never tried them (Hint hint, reviews coming soon).
Tip: The Beautiful Store has a deal going on at the moment that lets you get both the Skin Creamery Oil-Milk Cleanser and Everday Cream for R522 instead of R615 (You save R93).
- The Smashbox Pore Minimizing Primer - R495
- Physicians Formula Bronze Booster in Light / Medium - R220
Once again a product that Kathleen Lights made me buy. I've been wanting this bronzer for ages and it just recently launched (along with the Butter Bronzer) in South Africa. So if you are someone that finds the Light Butter Bronzer too light or too warm but the normal butter bronzer too deep then this is the bronzer for you. It is the absolute perfect bronzer for fair to light skin tones. I it yesterday and it really was beautiful! You can buy this at your local Dischem store.
- Inglot Makeup Fixer Spray - R329 (Also comes as a smaller 50ml bottle for R229)
I cannot even think of how many people have recommended this setting spray to me. My Maybelline 24h Setting Spray (a drugstore favourite of mine) is just about to finish so I thought I would try out this one from Inglot. I bought the 150ml bottle because it is more money wise as it does also come as a smaller 50ml bottle for R229. I haven't even tried it yet but I really can't wait to see what all the hype is about! You can buy this at an Inglot stand or Inglot online.
- Skin Creamery Oil-Milk Cleanser - R320
I used to use the Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser a couple years back and a couple months ago I decided to give it a try again. I've just been finding that it feels like it strips my skin and makes it feel tight so I'm not sure if my skin has become less oily and more normal/combo over the past year or two. So I decided to give that to my sister to try and give this Oil-Milk cleanser a try. I'm hoping it leaves my skin feeling soft and supple instead of tight and uncomfortable. You can get this from Skin Creamery online or The Beautiful Store.
- Skin Creamery The Everday Cream for Face & Body - R295
I'm currently using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel and I'm nearly finished with it. So I decided to take advantage of the situation and try out this cream from Skin Creamery. From looking at the reviews I'm very sure I will like this but I'll definitely let you guys know what I think about both Skin Creamery products soon! You can get this from Skin Creamery online or The Beautiful Store.
Tip: The Beautiful Store has a deal going on at the moment that lets you get both the Skin Creamery Oil-Milk Cleanser and Everday Cream for R522 instead of R615 (You save R93).

Hi there, just wondering what you think of the 'Inglot Makeup Fixer Spray'? Is it worth buying?
ReplyDeleteI've been using it everyday since I bought it and I really like it. I find it is similar to the Mac Fix + in that it takes that powdery look away but the Inglot spray helps much more with longevity. I would recommend it.
